The Challenge
Like many other restaurant chains, Green Mango didn’t yet have the resources for an in-house marketing function, and their activities were spread across multiple agencies. This created challenges in unifying messaging, gaining an overall view, and measuring results effectively.
With too many players and loose ends, it was difficult to get full value from their marketing efforts – in terms of time, structure, and commercial impact.
The Plan
Following an initial workshop, we mapped out target audiences, channels, and potentials. We conducted a data-driven market analysis and developed a comprehensive marketing roadmap with KPIs, budget frames, and clear responsibilities.
From there, W360 took over all execution – from graphic design, branding, and content production to newsletters, Google Ads, and Facebook advertising. Monthly strategy sessions and reporting ensure transparency and allow for quick adjustments when needed.
The Result
Green Mango now has a clear and recognizable visual identity and a tone-of-voice that is consistent across all platforms – from social media and newsletters to menus and packaging. The brand appears sharper, more professional, and appeals to both loyal regulars and new guests.
The collective marketing effort has led to increased visibility and sales across all channels. At the same time, a large share of orders has shifted from external platforms like Wolt to Green Mango’s own ordering system – where profit margins are significantly better and customer loyalty is easier to build and retain.
